Leading your best life requires resources to assist you through it. Wendy’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), is available to ALL employees (and household members) at ALL levels in ALL locations. And, you do not need to be enrolled in our medical plan to qualify! Whether you need to connect to local child care providers, talk to someone about life stresses or get your will officially down on paper, Wendy’s EAP is there.
The EAP is designed to help you with any issues that impact your life or ability to do your job, including, but not limited to:
- Child care and helping aging parents
- Financial issues and identity theft protection
- Legal concerns, such as preparing a will
- Emotional wellbeing and relationship issues
- Addiction and recovery
- Life events, such as a birth or divorce
- Work-life balance consultation

If you’ve got questions, the EAP has answers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It doesn’t have to be a crisis to call — they’re here to help.
Wendy’s is proud to offer our free EAP to all employees and their household members. You have 24/7 access and support and up to three free in-person counseling sessions (or virtual counseling sessions using LiveHealth Online) per person, per situation, per year. Additionally, Wendy’s doesn’t receive any information about who calls the EAP or why they called; it is 100% confidential. When you call the EAP, be sure to ask for an in-network provider.

Reminder! Learn to Live
As an Anthem member, you can use emotional well-being self-management tools from Learn to Live to address mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, sleep and substance use/abuse.
