Dental benefits are provided through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can choose
dental coverage even if you don’t elect medical coverage through Wendy’s. We
offer two Dental plans to provide you with more choice.
Dental 1 is an enhanced plan that offers greater coverage
(including more orthodontic dollars), while Dental 2 is a basic
plan at an even more affordable biweekly premium. Review the plan information
below to decide which option is best for you.
We’re switching our dental carrier from Anthem to Delta Dental for 2027. Your plan options, benefits, and premiums are staying exactly the same — the only thing changing is who’s administering the plan. Delta Dental’s expansive network means more providers in more places, so you may find it even easier to access the care you need.
