The doctor is always in with Anthem Virtual Primary Care. Beginning in January 2024, employees and their dependents enrolled in a Wendy’s medical plan can visit 24/7 with board-certified doctors or licensed therapists affiliated with Anthem Virtual Primary Care.
Free or low-cost preventive care and wellness visits can be handled quickly and conveniently — from the comfort of your home or wherever you might be.
Doctors and therapists can diagnose hundreds of conditions, follow up on previous care, coordinate lab work and refill prescriptions for you. You can also access mental health care through video visits to support your whole health and well-being.
A convenient and time-saving choice, Anthem virtual care can be used for a variety of medical concerns:
- Cold, flu and fever
- Cough, sore throat, or strep throat
- Minor rashes
- Eye, ear, or urinary tract infections
- Sinus infections or allergies
- Chronic condition management
- Depression or ongoing sadness
Virtual primary care is also available for preventive/wellness visits.
