Sydney Health, provided by Anthem, makes health care simple with an easy-to-use website and mobile app. Employees and their adult dependents enrolled in a Wendy’s medical plan can use Sydney Health to find doctors, view ID cards, find cost estimates, see past claims, access cost-saving tips and more! You can even find answers quickly with the live chat tool.

All benefit resources such as medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and more are included in Sydney Health. To access this program, you can go online or download the mobile app.

Earn a medical premium discount. Register for Sydney Health and you’ll receive a $5 discount on your medical premiums with each biweekly paycheck!

My Health Rewards

Once you’re registered for Sydney Health, you can earn even more rewards for actively using the app and working toward your unique health goals through the My Health Dashboard.

• Get started. First you’ll complete a quick online health assessment. Simply answer 10 questions about your health goals, overall health, medical history, diet and exercise so Sydney Health can personalize your dashboard.
• Personalize your action plan. Choose from six action plans available through My Health Dashboard: Get Active, Eat Healthy, Achieve a Healthy Weight, Reduce Stress, Increase Energy and Sleep Better. These action plans allow you to work toward your health goals at the pace that is right for you. You can even sync your wearable fitness device, such as a Fitbit, Apple Watch or Garmin tracker, for easy activity tracking. And, you can switch action plans at any time.

Earn rewards.

Beginning in 2024, wellness rewards will be distributed in dollars instead of points. You will be able to earn dollars for new claims-based incentives and still have access to redeem rewards for gift cards, a DTFA donation or HSA money.
