Where to Go for Care

Leer Esta Página en Español.

It might seem convenient to go to the Emergency Room (ER) every time you need care, but unless you have a true medical emergency, it can cost you a lot of extra time and money. If you go to the ER for non-emergency care, Wendy’s medical plans will only cover 50% of the cost. Non-emergency situations include checkups, immunizations and treatment of everyday illnesses like the common cold.

We provide convenient ways to access the care you need — Anthem’s NurseLine, LiveHealth Online and Anthem Virtual Primary Care.

For free, convenient assistance 24/7, those in our medical plan should start with NurseLine. If you need more care or attention, consider the other resources listed below. Remember, the Emergency Room will always be the most expensive and time-intensive option for you and should be reserved for true emergencies. Learn More.
