You and your family can access Anthem LiveHealth Online anytime, anywhere — even if you’re not enrolled in a Wendy’s medical plan. LiveHealth Online connects you with a U.S. board-certified doctor via video consultation from your smartphone, tablet or computer (with webcam). The doctor can diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medication1 and send prescriptions to your pharmacy for a wide variety of non-emergency conditions. The cost of your visit is $59 (more for behavioral health), and if you’re enrolled in our medical plan, this will be applied to your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Learn More.

- You must add dependents under age 18 to your profile because a parent must be present in the video for an online visit.
- Any dependents over age 18 will create their own profile.
Tips:
- Wendy’s also offers NurseLine, a free service through Anthem for those enrolled in one of our medical plans. Learn More about this and other options for medical care.
- Another resource is our Employee Assistance Program, which is available to ALL employees and their household members. If you need to speak to a licensed therapist, you qualify for up to three free face-to-face visits or virtual LiveHealth Online sessions per situation. Learn More.
1 Only non-controlled substances and non-lifestyle medications (i.e., Viagra) can be prescribed via video doctor visits; LiveHealth Online providers are held to the same standards as any Anthem in-network provider.
