Enroll November 2–18, 2026

Every year, we take a close look at your benefits — evaluating options to continue offering coverage that’s comprehensive, competitive and worth your confidence. This year is no different.

Read through what’s changing, what’s staying the same and how to make the most of what’s available to you. The goal is simple: help you walk into enrollment feeling informed, not overwhelmed.

What’s New and Changing

Deductibles adjusting for the MyChoice 90 plan. To comply with IRS requirements, the MyChoice 90 plan deductibles will increase slightly for 2027. The individual deductible moves from $1,700 to $1,750, and the family deductible moves from $3,400 to $3,500. Deductibles for the MyChoice 80 and MyChoice 70 plans remain unchanged. Remember to use the estimator tool during enrollment to help you decide which plan is best for you and your family. Be sure to visit the Medical page to view additional plan details.

Contributions increasing across the MyChoice medical plans. You may notice some premium adjustments this year — and we want to be straightforward about what’s driving them and what Wendy’s is doing about it.

Health care costs have risen across the industry, and that’s reflected in what plans cost to run. This is a health care inflation story, not a reduction in what Wendy’s is investing in you.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Wendy’s continues to absorb the majority of increased health care costs. You are not being asked to shoulder this alone.
  • We evaluated multiple options before landing on this approach — our priority was maintaining comprehensive coverage and minimizing disruption to you and your family.
  • Our plans are benchmarked against peer companies and remain competitive in both cost and design.

New! New dental carrier, same great coverage. We’re switching our dental carrier from Anthem to Delta Dental for 2027. Your plan options, benefits and premiums are staying exactly the same — the only thing changing is who’s administering the plan. Delta Dental’s expansive network means more providers in more places, so you may find it even easier to access the care you need.

New! Enhanced vision benefits. We’re improving your vision coverage for 2027 with increased frame allowances across both plans. VSP 2 Plan frame allowances increase from $130 to $150 (standard) and $180 to $200 (brand name), while VSP 1 Plan allowances increase from $150 to $175 (standard) and $200 to $225 (brand name).

Premiums will see a small adjustment. Full premium details will be available on the Vision page.

Understanding Your Plan Options — What Is a High Deductible Plan?

A common question during enrollment is: “Why would I choose a plan with a higher deductible?” Here’s how to think about it:

  • Higher deductible = lower biweekly premium. You pay less from each paycheck throughout the year.
  • You pay more out-of-pocket when you actually use care — but if you’re generally healthy or don’t anticipate many medical expenses, you may spend less overall.
  • High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) may also qualify you for a Health Savings Account (HSA) — a tax-advantaged way to set aside money for medical costs, now or in the future.

There’s no universally “right” plan — it depends on your situation. That’s why we have an estimator tool: plug in a few details about your family’s health care needs and it’ll show you side-by-side cost estimates for each plan. Visit My.BenefitsNow.com to get started.

What’s Staying the Same

We know change can be a lot to process — so here’s what you don’t have to worry about:

  • Wendy’s will continue to pay the majority of your cost of coverage.
  • Hinge Health virtual physical therapy is still free for all medical plan enrollees.
  • You can get WINFertility benefits up to $15,000.

Choosing Your Benefits is Easy

Wendy’s is committed to helping you make the most of your benefits — not just listing plans and leaving you to figure it out. Look for educational resources throughout enrollment that break down how each plan works and how to use the estimator to find the best fit for your family.
