There are some important changes you need to be aware of as you think about enrolling in your benefits for next year.
We are making changes to some of our medical plan designs. Deductibles will increase slightly for all medical plans to comply with IRS requirements. Remember to use the estimator tool during enrollment to help you decide which plan is best for you and your family. Be sure to visit the Medical page to view additional plan details.

Contribution increase for the MyChoice 70 plan. The individual premium for the MyChoice 70 plan will increase. Consistent with our benefits philosophy and competitive practice, Wendy’s will continue to pay the majority of your cost of coverage. All other plan premiums, including dental and vision, will remain unchanged.
New! Enhanced support for growing families. Beginning in 2026, Wendy’s medical plans will include doula coverage up to $2,000 per pregnancy. A certified doula can offer you valuable emotional and physical support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
New! Enhanced mental health support. To further support you and your family, we’re expanding our Employee Assistance Program to offer up to 6 free and confidential face-to-face or virtual counseling sessions per situation per year to help you through life’s challenges. New! Increased Optional Life coverage. Take advantage of a special, one-time offer during Annual Enrollment to elect up to $50,000 in Optional Life Insurance (vs. the current $10,000) without providing Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
Reminder! If you’re enrolled in a Wendy’s medical plan, you will continue to have access to Hinge Health’s free virtual physical therapy program and fertility benefits up to $15,000 through WINFertility.
